When you join our text list, we collect your mobile number, ZIP code, age confirmation, marketing consent, signup time, page, and campaign attribution. Wholesale inquiries include your name, work email, dispensary, message, and campaign attribution.
How we use information
We use submitted information to manage opt-ins, respond to wholesale inquiries, and identify nearby stores. Marketing texts will only be enabled with a configured sender and your express consent. We do not sell products on this website.
Local storage and analytics
We remember your 21+ confirmation and landing campaign parameters in your browser. You can clear these through your browser settings. Meta Pixel and Google tag placeholders are included; tracking identifiers have not yet been configured.
Location information
Location search requests your permission. Coordinates are used to find nearby stores and are not saved with your signup. ZIP searches use a public ZIP geocoding service. The map uses OpenStreetMap tiles, which may receive your IP address.
Service providers and security
We store submissions using Lovable Cloud. Authorized service providers may process information only as necessary to operate the website and any configured messaging service. Public visitors cannot view other submissions.
Text-message choices
When the text program is active, reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Privacy requests
A verified privacy contact and retention schedule will be added before public launch. This policy is a draft, not a substitute for legal review.
